Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers

  1. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  2. Tracking Numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until we've received the returned order.

  3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order.

  4. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.

  5. Non-Refundable Services: Shipping, shipping protection, priority processing, and priority shipping fees are non-refundable if the customer cancels their order at any time.

Canceled Orders

Cancellation Fee: All canceled orders will incur a 30% restocking fee.

  3. Exceptions: At this time, there are no exceptions to this policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

  4. Alternative Solutions: Customers in North America who require assistance with a product issue are encouraged to contact our customer support team. We will endeavor to provide the best possible solution within the constraints of this policy.

Returned Orders

Restocking Fee: All returned orders will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Shipping Label: Customers are responsible for printing their own shipping label to send the item back to the provided address.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Additional Information
